On June 9, 2020, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganó wrote a public letter giving what he believes is the correct course of action for faithful Catholics in light of the crisis in the Catholic Church. As I read the letter, I agreed with about 90% of it, since I, like many other Catholics, have seen with our own eyes over the last few decades the astounding degradation of our Catholic doctrines and practices. Still, there was about 10 % of the letter—the part that contained what the Archbishop believes to be the correct course of action to reverse and remedy our desperate situation— that seemed to me to be very desperate itself. In brief, the remedy is that we should blame Vatican Council II for the evils that beset us and treat it accordingly, essentially rejecting it since it is the root of the problem. As such, the Archbishop wishes to reject the “hermeneutic of continuity” since in his estimation it has proven to be an utter failure and consequently it should be abandoned as a remed
Response to Eric Bermingham/Fatima Center From Robert Sungenis on Fatima Not Yet Fulfilled and Still Foreboding by Eric Bermingham https://fatima.org/news-views/fatima-not-yet-fulfilled-part1 E. Bermingham: A Book We Do Not Recommend After years of being an advocate of the Fatima movement and expecting the Pope to properly consecrate Russia, thereby procuring its conversion and a period of peace for the world, Robert Sungenis has now become convinced that the Consecration has been done, Russia has been converted, and we have already had the period of peace. “The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit and Its Impact on World History” A Review By Robert A. Sungenis, Ph.D. (NB: This review appears in the May 2008 issue of Culture Wars) http://www.culturewars.com/ • Hardcover: 1,200 pages • Cost: $48.00 plus $8.00 S&H • ISBN: 0-929891-07-4 • Publisher: Fidelity Press • Order #: 574-289-9786 Reviewing a work as long (1000+ pages), as detailed (1000+ footnotes), and as provocative (the Jews) as E. Michael Jones’ book, The Revolutionary Jew is certainly no easy task, but it has been one of the most enriching and mind-opening endeavors I have ever undertaken. To do justice to this wonderful work would take a book in itself. I will quote from it extensively if for nothing else than to lead you to those pages and its surrounding context so that you will read them for yourself. So packed is it with mind-numbing facts and insightful commentary that one is tempted to embark on a trip to a remote place and lock oneself up in a room
